Ming Ming

Eagerly I searched for the disc for almost 2 weeks, but disappointment fell on me within 15 minutes. It can be a good production in others ' eyes, but definitely not my type. Staring blankly at the screen and averting the screen once a while, I patiently watched the show till the end just to take some glimpse of my forever hunk, Daniel Wu. Indeed he's cool even though he is a total low-profile rogue in this show however, the storyline, the style(alike The Sin City), and the camera angles were not quite right. I was anticipating some fighting scenes and eye-opening action scenes instead of red blood graphics splatered across the screen. Not much left to say except the fact that, this production was dedicated to all mothers. *Confused*

W & K dropped by Penang

I felt like I was circling KL town without looking over the windows. Winnie was telling me her hilarious live stories while Kenny's random statements made our laughters turned more racous. The only difference was, I was giving Kenny road directions. It doesn't matter where you are; KL or Penang, having them a.k.a the cute couple around, it is impossible not to laugh.

First stop at Genting Coffee Shop, jokingly I said, 'You showed me Genting's Hotel logo from Kepong. In return, you can devour the Char Koay Tiew here.' Because of W & K trip, I discovered a worth -staying inn which is only 500M from Gurney Drive and 2 minutes walk from Gurney Tower. It is quite a happening place, especially at night with Brazil-baked coffee aroma and flashes of lights along with music from the clubs.

The amazing trip was the 45 minutes drive on Sunday. After swallowing the amount of food during lunch at Pragin Mall (Kenny's voracious attempt), we headed to Queensbay Mall. Thank god, it was only drizzle and the road was quiet clear. Winnie squeked with excitement at the sight of Pulau Jerejak. In fact, it was a nice sight with mist all over the island. The mere distance between Penang Island and Jerejak has made the picture looks rather surreal yet captivating. The real fun drive occured after we made a run to Kek Lok Si. In an attempt to avoid the traffic, I led them to the hills routes; Balik Pulau. Winnie was in euphoria to sightsee the whole Penang Island from the hill top while Kenny was enjoying the breeze.

Due to Kenny's health state, they returned home earlier than expected. I think the taste of Herbal Tea which was forced down his throat would stay vividly in his mind. Yet, we had Bak Kut Teh together for breakfast before Kenny sped back to Kepong. Winnie, I bet you still remember the argument of black sauced pork with Kenny, right? LOL

Yaay! My blog has new look finally. Recalling the unmotivated me few weeks ago, I felt a chill down my spine. How could I be so silly? Break own promise? I yielded to html's devil after a few futile attempts. Lily's word, 'Trial and Error' also couldn't save me from the devil's spell.

After being a potato couch in Penang for more than a week, I returned to SP with bad bad sorethroat. I had been a mute-70-years-old nurse for 4 days. Too hurt to even squeak a word, headache strained my spine, migraine sucked every ounce of my energy yet I need to fight in enzyme's war for my precious. The bloody allergy had returned with evil intention: strip off my precious beauty! Okay, I was being hilarious. It does make her look less elegant since her shinning flowy golden fur had has a black lump(due to the element of silver in medication which reacted under exposure of sun) but I was worried to death that it might spread. Holding her breath, lowering her head, eyes looked into distance, that's how she endure the pain everytime I spread the cream over the wound. Sigh, heartache!

Back to the topic, after days in daze I bumped into GOD. Her name is JW. Her blog layout with colourful pills really caught my eyes, motivation surged through me. By night, I had successfully revamped my blog! As usual, my slim fate with computers & its' cousin or rather I am inept at it had caused me nearly break my own promise. Just one small mistake, the html screwed up!
Sigh...Thank god, JW pointed it out to me. Arigato Hako-san! *Hugs and Kisses* Lily too, muakks.
